A Movement You Should Join

First, you need to watch (or re-watch) this clip from the closing of Sunday's concert at the Lincoln Memorial of Pete Seeger leading the nation in five verses of "This Land Is Your Land".

Then you need to revel for a moment in the incredible beauty that is Pete Seeger singing, by invitation, at the beginning moments of a new administration, in and to the seat of power.

Then you need to go to this website and sign the petition to the American Friends Service Committee asking them to make Pete Seeger their nominee for this year's Nobel Peace Prize. Can you think of anyone more deserving?
