Evidently, the Supreme Court Justices don't agree with me much.
I would normally consider myself a strong advocate of free speech. But it's also true that I have a strong authoritarian streak that I mostly try to keep under wraps. What I don't understand is when and how the line between speech and behavior got so fuzzy. How does promoting a video of dog-fighting qualify as speech in the first place? That confuses me.
They had a pretty weird conversation about the whole thing, including a hypothetical pay-per-view "human sacrifice channel." Doesn't that seem like a sign that something's wrong?
